Bok choy is one of the vegetables with competent nutrients. In this article, we will focus on two of them.

Calcium is one of the nutrients that are easily deficient. Bok choy is rich in such calcium. In addition to its function of maintaining bone health, calcium is also involved in the neurotransmitter system, which affects the mental health. It helps to reduce nervous excitement and maintain a constant heart rhythm. Therefore, make sure to supplement your diet on a daily basis.
Bok choy contains a large amount of iron called non-heme iron, which is difficult for the body to absorb. The absorption rate of non-heme iron increases when combined with animal protein. For this reason, the rou rohan recipe introduced here is a perfect match because it uses pork.” The animal protein in the “Dream Earth” and the non-heme iron in the bok choy can increase the body’s absorption rate.
